Postage, Delivery and Product Information
Our postage costs start from £7.50 and depend on the size and weight of the parcel for the UK Mainland. We do not generally post overseas, however, if you have a specific requirement please email us at and we can see if we can help.
Our standard shipping is 2-14 working days depending on whether the item required is in stock or whether it has to be made to order, however we always aim to get your product to you as quickly as possible. Your product will be carefully wrapped and packaged. If you require a personal message to be include with your order please advise at the point of order.
All bottle lamps are fitted with a bottle adaptor. Once the adaptor has been fitted into the bottle the shape pertains to that particular bottle. It is therefore advisable not to remove from the bottle as this can result in a loose fit and therefore change the structure of the adaptor.
The adaptor has a bayonet fitting and we recommend that MAX 40watt bulb be used.
All our shade panels comply with BS EN 60598-1-2008, the British Standard for Luminaries and are fire resistant. The PVC material has been tested in the Lighting Association Laboratories and has passed the glow wire test.

Our return policy is 14 days. If more than 14 days since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it, in its original packaging and in a resaleable condition.
All returns must be received by The Wee Shade Shop within 14days from receipt of delivery/purchase, with a copy of your order / receipt, to qualify for a refund or credit note.
A refund will be made within 10 days of receiving the product and confirming it is in a suitable condition to process a return payment.
To request a return please email with your proof of purchase and reason for returning the item.
We cannot be held responsible for any losses caused as a result of any postal, courier or third party services used when returning an item. We advise that you retain a proof of postage for your protection.

Faulty or damaged goods
We can only replace an item if it is damaged or defective. In which case please email us () within 24hrs of receipt of delivery including proof of order, details of the damaged or faulty item and a photograph. We will then be in touch to arrange a replacement or refund for you.
