We’re sorry to hear that you’d like to return a product, however we understand that this can sometimes happen. In order to a return a product it must be in the same condition as when you received it, in its original packaging and in a resalable condition.
All returns must be received by The Wee Shade Shop within 14days from receipt of delivery/purchase, with a copy of your order / receipt, to quality for a refund or credit note. A refund will be made within 10 days of receiving the product and confirming it is in a suitable condition to process a return payment.
To request a return please email email@example.com with your proof of purchase and reason for returning the item. When you send the item back to us please ensure to get proof of postage as we cannot be responsible for items damaged or lost in the post. We must receive the return in re-saleable condition. Shipping costs cannot be refunded.

Faulty or damaged goods
We can only replace an item if it is damaged or defective. In which case please email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 24hrs of receipt of delivery including proof of order, details of the damaged or faulty item and a photograph. We will then be in touch to arrange a replacement or refund for you.
