Thank you for visiting our new website. We are very excited to take another step along the way !
We are 3 sisters ....Helen, Susan and Anne and run our small home based business from just outside Dumfries in South West Scotland.
What started as a hobby for us in 2018 when we made a couple of lamps for close friends has since grown into an ever growing small business. We found that people love our lamps just as much as we do so we started attending local craft fairs, farmers markets and agricultural shows and The Wee Shade Shop grew arms and legs !!
We now have a small range of products available and are always more that happy to take on commissions. We have lots of returning customers and are now travelling further afield. However due to Covid 19 unfortunately our wings have been clipped and all our events have been cancelled for the foreseeable future so to make sure we can keep delivering our products we are taking part in lots of online virtual markets and have set up our own website. Sadly it looks as if 2020 may be a non starter as far as markets and fairs are concerned so this is where you can keep up to date on any of our new fabrics and lamps !
